Lori Leibold


Lori Leibold, PhD, is an Assistant Professor for the Division of Speech and Hearing Sciences at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. She received her M.Sc. degree in Audiology at the University of Western Ontario, her Ph.D. at the University of Washington in Seattle and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Boys Town National Research Hospital in Omaha. Dr. Leibold recently received a three-year grant from the U.S. National Institutes of Health (R03DC008389) to develop a better understanding of children's ability to hear in noisy environments and her publications focus on auditory development.
